The students had been introduced with the business model concept. At the beginning, they introduced to each other business idea. After that, they went through 7 elements of business model, starting with target customers up to key resources. 

The WP4 within project IF4TM includes activity 4.2 that consists of five one-day trainings intended to be held at HEIs on “IP Protection and IP Management”. The training at UNS was the first in a row and the participants who were targeted were research staff, teaching staff as well as students, especially the ones who participated in Competition for student’s innovation. 

The second training was held on 27 April 2017 at TCAS. Details regarding all nine parts of the Canvas model were presented and the stress was put on Value proposition design. 

The second day of training was predicted for the students to get familiar with the concept of business model validation. Environment chart, Business model chart as well as Value chart were conceptually specified. Emphasis was put on the concepts of Customer profile and Value map. Profile (of the segment) of buyers describes a certain segment of ones business model in a detailed and structular manner.

The third five-day conference of young entrepreneurship “Youth Business Forum 2017” was organized on Avala near Belgrade. The conference was organized by Youth Business Forum with support of Serbian Development Agency.

On the first day of training course, students were presented with the concept of entrepreneurship, innovation, start-up company, as a way of determining a business model. Business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value.

Within the Competition for the best student idea second day training was held on the Model values design for teams participating in the competition, on April 21, by the Business Technology Incubator (BITF), in the premises of Science Technology Park Belgrade.

Within the Competition for the best student idea first day training was held on the Development of the business model for teams participating in the competition, on April 20 by the Business Technology Incubator (BITF), in the premises of Science Technology Park Belgrade.

The first training was organized on 13 April 2017 at TCAS. The students were given the overall presentation of the four topics that would be elaborated during the trainings. 

The WP3 Technology Transfer and Innovation Dimension within project IF4TM includes activity 3.3 Five two-day Workshops “Methodology guide for innovation”. This workshop was the last one organized in a series of workshops organized on other Serbian HEIs – partners in the project.
