First call for Proof-of-Concept Programme PoC-01-RS-2018 (linkovati) was announced on 27th December 2017.
The Program provides the support to research teams from Serbia to validate their research results, technologies, laboratory prototypes with the aim to raise the Technology Readiness Level within the process of pre-commercialization.

Third meetings of working groups WG2, WG3 and WG4 were organized at the University of Nis, on 30th November 2017.
The topics of the meeting were progress of activities delegated to WG members and plan for the next period for Act3.5 Improving TRL level through implementation of proof-of-concept programme for selected research ideas, Act3.6 IP valuation and commercialization strategy, Act3.4 National competition for best ideas of students, Act5.6 Open-innovation campaigns, Act5.4 Non-discipline volunteering, Act5.5 Unlocking and mobilizing university resources.
Info day “Young Entrepreneur” was organized on November 20th, 2017 in the Rectorate Hall of University of Kragujevac. The event was organized in cooperation with the Business Forum Association (supported by Ministry of youth and sports of the Republic of Serbia).
Within the activity Act2.4 Capacity building programme for university staff (managers, trainers, administrators) for implementation of the new legal framework for TM, two project team members from University of Kragujevac (Vladimir Vukadinovic, the director of Technology Transfer Center and Jelena Jevtovic, project associate) participated in the capacity building programme organized on November 13 and 14, 2017 in the Intellectual Property Office in Belgrade.
Visit to the University of Maribor was realized in the period from 22 to 25 October, 2017. Participants were students from Serbian higher education institutions, who were among best teams at the Competition for best student idea and staff from University of Kragujevac.
The European Researchers’ Night is an event dedicated to popular science and fun learning. The Researchers’ Night is a unique opportunity to meet researchers, talk to them, and find out what they really do for society, in interactive and engaging ways such as hands-on experiments, science shows, learning activities for children, guided visits of research labs, science quizzes, games, or competitions with researchers.
The fourth Steering Committee Meeting of IF4TM project was held on September 14 and 15, 2017 at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. The representatives of 14 partner institutions attended the meeting.
The final competition for best student idea was held at the University of Kragujevac on Friday, 7th July 2017. From sixteen ideas submitted within the competition in the application phase, ten of them entered the second round. After the evaluation of their business models and video materials, eight best ideas were selected to participate the local finals.
