In the Creativity Center of the University of Kragujevac, the Competition for the best student idea was held on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The competition started in January this year, and by the end of February, 60 students applied with 16 business ideas, and participated at the startup trainings for development and validation of the business model, the assessment of finances for start-ups, as well as the training for pitch presentation. Each business plan was evaluated by three independent reviewers.

At the Competition, 6 teams presented their business ideas:

2. SNOP - Aplikacija SNOP za Android i IOS

3. TECHNODROM - SmartWiz - kreirajte svoj pametni dom

4. OM TEAM - OM bike

5. TROJKA 4 FUTURE TEAM - Trojka 4 Future

6. AQVA & IGNI - Gold fish

The quality of the pitch presentation was evaluated by the jury members in the composition:

1. Prof. Vesna Mandić, PhD, Faculty of Engineering Sciences

2. Prof. Dr. Jovanka Lukić, Faculty of Engineering Sciences

3. Marko Vujinović, Business Innovation Center Kragujevac

4. Marija Stojadinovic, Business Startup Center Kragujevac

5. Prof. dr Boban Mitrović, Faculty of Engineering Sciences

Based on the points earned in the previous round of the competitions, business plan reviews and one-minute video, as well as the jury’s assessment, the winners of the competition are:

1. First place - FINTIM - Merač tačke rošenja

2nd place - OM TEAM - OM bike

3rd place - TEHNODROM - SmartWiz – Kreirajte svoj pametni dom

The winners were awarded prizes / vouchers worth 1500 euros, 1000 euros and 500EUR for the implementation of the study visit to the University of Maribor.

The first two teams will participate at the National Competition to be held in the Scientific and Technological Park in Belgrade.
